TUC defends injury compensation

A new TUC report has refuted claims from insurers and employers that the current system of compensation for personal injury should be overhauled.

Personal injury claims: proposals for change suggests some modest reforms, such as giving employers a financial incentive to admit liability quickly, but says the system is basically working well.
