Report a fault

As part of a campaign to improve the safety and quality of the working environment, the CWU communications union is issuing a "Report a Fault" card to all members who work for BT or on BT premises. The card is the size of a credit card and gives details of how to report a fault and why reporting is so important.

The union is keen to get all its members involved in reporting anything which could be dangerous. CWU assistant secretary Simon Sapper said: "Anything that needs attention from weedy borders to suspected asbestos in buildings, should be reported on the helpline phone number."
