Electronic ballots

Ministers should get round the table to improve turnouts in strike ballots, such as allowing the option of electronic ballots in the workplace, says the TUC.

Politicians should listen to “sensible proposals to increase secret ballot turnouts” instead of threatening to make legal strikes almost impossible, said TUC general secretary Frances O’Grady last month.
