TUC submissions on Trade Union Bill

The TUC’s submissions to the three government consultations on the Trade Union Bill are available online. The consultations were on Balloting thresholds for important public services, Picketing and protest consultation and Using agency workers during strike action.

The very short consultation period ended on 9 September but the detailed submissions produced by the TUC provide reasoned and factual ammunition showing just how ideological and pernicious the Bill’s proposals are.

A comprehensive article on the Trade Union Bill will appear in the November 2015 edition of Labour Research.
