Psychiatric injury
New “Vento” bands (see Labour Research, September 2017, page 24) have been announced in relation to awards for injury to feelings and psychiatric injury. The lower band is £800 to £8,400; middle band £8,400 to £25,200; upper band £25,200 to £42,000; and exceptional cases, over £42,000.
