LGBT+ high performers

A survey of high-performing LGBT+ employees finds that 60% of respondents believe that being out at work has had a positive impact.

However, Out to succeed: realising the full potential of your LGBT+ talent, also found 39% of respondents saying their organisation isn’t doing enough to encourage LGBT+ inclusion. The study was undertaken by consultants PwC and Out Leadership, an LGBT+ business network.

The findings also showed strong gaps between employer intention and employee perception, with 60% of employers having LGBT+ focused recruiting, but just 35% of employee respondents being aware of it.
