Amending tribunal complaints

An applicant to an employment tribunal cannot ask to amend the "Originating" Application (that is the application to the tribunal) to add a new ground of complaint where this relates to events after the submission of the Originating Application.

If an employer takes action which employees believe to be in response to them lodging a claim they need to present a second Originating Application.
