Consolidation of flexibility pay at Scottish Courage Northern Brewing

Separate two year deals effective from early March increased basic pay rates by up to 5% or more for craft and brewery workers, with consolidation of £6 flexibility pay for those who receive it.

In year two basic rates will go up by inflation (the December Retail Price Index) plus 0.3%, plus £5.18 (further consolidation of flexibility pay into grade rates).

There was also an increase in the Agreed Craft Role payment to £11.36 (and by inflation plus 0.3% in the second year), increased shift and unsociability payments, and a statement of joint aims covering improved performance and the upgrading of systems and processes to reflect advances in new technology.
