Inflation-plus rise at Dutch telecoms

Unions representing the 30,000 employees at Dutch telecom company KPN have agreed a 3.75% rise for the current year (March inflation rate: 1.9%). The deal allows men as well as women to benefit from the company's child care arrangements, although only if the employer of the woman is also paying.
