Pensions for partners at Royal Bank

Finance union UNIFI reports that the Royal Bank of Scotland has amended its pension scheme to improve its provision of death benefits. Now scheme members can nominate anyone to receive a survivors' pension irrespective of their gender or legal status. The only requirement is that the nominated person must have an economic relationship with the scheme member.
