Tribunal fee refunds
The government has recently introduced an employment tribunal fees refund scheme. Individuals who paid a fee can apply for a refund online..

There are also three different types of form (3-S, 1-C and 2-R) available online which can be submitted by post or email.
Refund Form 3-S is for multiple claims and sponsors. This is the appropriate form to be completed where a third party such as a trade union or lawyer has paid the fees.
