Tsunami appeal
The TUC has thanked its affiliates and members of the general public for donating over £50,000 to its appeal to help the victims of the Tsunami disaster.
Some of the money will go to aid agencies and the rest will support the work of the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions, which is trying to help local union organisations affected.
