Long-term sick leave and holiday pay
The House of Lords is to decide whether workers on long-term sick leave are entitled to holiday pay.
Earlier this year, the Court of Appeal decided that there is no such entitlement (see Labour Research, June 2005). But the claimants in that case have now been granted leave to appeal.
