Prospect gain recogniton at Gatwick
Specialists’ union Prospect has reached a voluntary recognition agreement with Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International for supervisors, licenced engineers, mechanics and store personnel based at the hangar at Gatwick Airport.
Although the move had started at the CAC, the union recruited members quickly with union density easily topping 50%, leading the final agreement to be reached voluntarily with the employer.
