Mental health workers in Netherlands get 9.6%
Some 89,000 workers in mental health provision in the Netherlands have received a pay increase worth a total of 9.6% over 30 months for a worker on average pay. The pay increase is staged with an increase of 3.0% in October 2019 and again in August 2020 and 2.1% in June 2021.
The deal runs from 1 June 2019 to 1 December 2021, and in November 2021 workers will receive a one-off payment of €500.
