Workplace Report June 2003

This month Workplace Report looks at drivers' pay. With the combined pressures of recruitment shortages and imminent working time restrictions, unions are beginning to make some headway on pay. This month's magazine also looks at childcare and the continuing failure by employers to provide any significant help to employees. The case law round-up this month covers contracts of employment and the TUPE transfer rights regulations.
