Workplace Report October 2003

If trade unions are to get back to a position of strength and influence then they have to look to their workplace reps. Workplace Report looks at the latest research which uncovers the key role that reps play. The trend away from final-salary pension schemes is continuing but not all employers are leaving employees with the lowest-cost, highest-risk defined contribution schemes.
