The establishment of a working party to introduce life-long learning was part of a package including a 2.5% pay rise effective in March. It included an increase in carry-over of holiday entitlement from three to five days. The deal covers shop floor staff in Logistics' Central and Regional Operations and USDAW members in Engineering and Facilities Management, where a partnership deal is in force.
