OPRA publishes guide to information disclosure

Pensions regulator OPRA has published a 60-page guide to information disclosure in occupational pension schemes. Scheme members, prospective members and recognised trade unions have a range of rights to information about occupational schemes from individual benefit details to scheme documents like trust deeds and annual accounts.
