TUC launches weekly e-mail safety bulletin

The TUC has just launched a new weekly health and safety e-bulletin Risks. Risks aims to keep safety reps and others informed about TUC, union and other health and safety news. It can be received free on a PC, wap phone or digital TV.

The first issue was circulated on 12 May. It included key news items on asbestos compensation; health and safety duties of management in the public sector; the TUC survey of safety reps on asthma at work; and consultation by the Health and Safety Commission over a proposed legal duty on employers to investigate all reportable work-related accidents.

Each item is hyperlinked so that you can click to go directly to related material such as an HSC press release.
