New maternity rights guide

The TUC has produced an up-to-date free guide to maternity rights. It covers rights to time off for antenatal care; rights and responsibilities on returning to work after having a baby; maternity pay and allowances; and health and safety rights for pregnant women and new mothers. The guide is available from the TUC's Know Your Rights Line on 0870 600 4 882. Lines are open every day from 8 a.m-10 p.m. Calls are charged at the national rate.
