College stress

The further education employers' body, the Association of Colleges, has issued guidance on work-related stress. The guidance was produced following consultation with lecturers' unions NATFHE and ATL, college managers' union ACM, public services union UNISON and the T&G and GMB general unions. The policy acknowledges the need for effective management of stress and provides practical guidance for dealing with the issue.
