New claim forms available

The new employment tribunal claim forms (ET1) are now available to download from the Employment Tribunals Service website at www. employmenttribunals.gov.uk/publications.asp

From 1 April 2005, tribunal claims will have to be submitted on these forms, but they can also be used in the interim period.
