Discrimination claims
The Employment Appeal Tribunal has ruled that it is good practice for a tribunal to order an employer to interview employees who have been named in a discrimination claim and to discuss with them the content of the tribunal decision. What the tribunal cannot do is get the employer to invite them to individually submit written apologies to the employee who has suffered the discrimination.
