Jobcentre Bill Of Rights

Jobcentre union PCS and the TUC Unemployed Workers' Combine have launched a Bill of Rights. It sets out what unemployed people and workers in jobcentres should expect of each other, including a safe working environment free from violence and bullying. Last year PCS members went on strike over removing security screens in benefit offices.
