Equal pay training

The TUC Equal Pay Pilot project has received funding for a further year from the Union Learning Fund. The second year of the project will build on the achievements of the first year and aims to train 300 workplace equal pay reps and a further 200 through online training. It will also assess the impact in the workplace of the reps trained during the first year.
