Union’s fight against cyberbullies goes online
The NASUWT teachers’ union has produced new resources to counter the rise of “cyberbullying” – the buyying and harassment of workers using technologies such as mobile phones and the internet.
The union has opened a dedicated web page where teachers can support the campaign and share their experiences. Wristbands and phone charms with the message “Stop Cyberbullying” are being distributed, and every school in the UK has been sent posters and flyers urging them to support the campaign.
The Stop Cyberbullying web page is at www.nasuwt.org.uk/Templates/Internal.asp?NodeID=75121
