Welsh resignation

The head of the Wales TUC, Felicity Williams, has resigned after four years in the job for reasons which have not been made public.

She had been on “gardening leave” for nine months and an investigation had been carried out which covered financial issues at the organisation, although there is no suggestion that she had misused TUC money for personal gain. The resignation came a week before the Wales TUC annual conference.
