Distribution firm looks at sickness and alcohol and drugs policies

Joint working groups on sickness absence and drugs and alcohol policies are being set up at the 3663 distribution company as part of a two-year deal. The agreement includes an initial pay rise of 3.25%.

Next year there will be another national working group to review pay and bargaining structures for each of the company’s business units, including an efficiency scheme, and a joint review of the current collective bargaining agreement.

Pay will rise again next year by 3.25% but with a re-opener clause “should there be significant changes in the economic situation that would warrant further discussions”.
