BT pay talks

BT has frozen pay at management level, according to the Connect communication union. Connect said that it had made some progress on pay issues and that most Connect members would receive a performance-related pay award. CWU, the other main union representing BT workers, is still negotiating on pay with the troubled telecoms company.
