Bargaining guide for learning reps

The TUC’s education arm, Unionlearn, has produced a guide for union negotiators on engaging employers in bargaining for skills. The guide is aimed at union reps and officers who are in negotiating positions, but can help everyone representing union members in the workplace. Unionlearn stresses that negotiating for learning and skills is now more important than ever with employability and job security key issues for workplaces.
