Unite recognition at Kellycare nurseries

A group of employees of Kellycare nurseries in East Kilbride have voted by 56% in favour of recognition of the Unite union in a re-run of a CAC-ordered ballot following a union complaint the first time around (see Workplace Report, October 2012, page 7).
