Guide sets out how to work safely on roofs

The HSE has produced the fourth edition of its guide to safe roof working.

The booklet includes information on planning roof work, the hazards associated with tasks such as maintaining, refurbishing and dismantling roofs, and the roles that the relevant parties have in organising and carrying out roof work. Additionally, it carries information on when and how to use safety nets and personal fall-protection systems.
