Safe maintenance

Professional union Prospect has welcomed the launch of the European Agency for Safety and Health’s new Healthy workplaces campaign to promote safe maintenance.

In some countries as many as 20% of all workplace accidents are connected with maintenance operations, rising to more than 50% for some sectors.
