Fact Service reader survey

We would like to thank all those of you who responded to our recent reader survey. The results were overwhelmingly positive, with 94% of respondents finding Fact Service a useful source of information for their union work and 97% agreeing it keeps them informed of the most relevant news. There were also high levels of approval for the mix, relevance and timeliness of the information on offer, and many useful suggestions.

The only criticism from readers was that Fact Service’s design now looked a little dated and was not the easiest read for the clear majority who enjoy accessing it electronically. We are glad to say that the new electronic version, which will be redesigned from January, should be easier to read on mobile devices. Congratulations to the three readers who won a free copy of Law at work 2021 in the draw among respondents. They will receive their copies shortly.
