Prospect political fund retained

Members of specialists’ union Prospect have overwhelmingly voted to retain the union’s political fund. In a membership ballot, which the union is legally required to run every 10 years, 95.4% voted in favour of keeping the fund.

Prospect is not affiliated to a political party but must use a political fund if it wants to spend money on any activities which are defined as “political” under the law.
