Learning fund launched

The PCS civil service union has launched a national Branch Learning Fund, which allows branches or groups to apply for a trade union tutor or presenter to deliver a short online session to members.

Branches can choose from almost 20 subjects, including menopause, Black history, neurodiversity and applying for a job using civil service “success profiles”.

The union notes that learning is the union activity which has the highest participation rates of PCS members, after industrial action.
