Union-busting hotline

The Unite general union launched a freephone hotline in March for National Express workers to report instances of intimidation in relation to their dispute. Reports emerged of union-busting bullying by the company after strikes by more than 3,100 bus drivers began.

Workers reported a broadening range of strike-breaking tactics, including calling the police to peaceful picket lines, threatening striking workers with job losses and route closures and telling workers they would be barred from overtime in the future if they went on strike.

The freephone number is 0808 164 0368.
