Warning on bargaining rights

The two main union confederations in Luxembourg, OGBL and LCCB, have sounded the alarm about the way the European directive on adequate minimum wages is being implemented in their country.

They are concerned that the proposals on the promotion of collective bargaining give negotiating rights to non-union bodies. This, they say, will weaken collective bargaining rather than strengthening it.
