Pay plus at Sodexo

Health and sickness absence were part of this year’s bargaining agenda at Sodexo, Community reports. In addition to a 4.5% base pay uplift with a commitment to address recruitment and retention issues, from 1 January, the union has negotiated on life insurance and access to a 24/7 GP service. It also reached agreement on working collaboratively to reduce absence levels, and to enter into longer term pay strategy discussions.
