More Amazon strikes

Workers who are members of the GMB union at retail giant Amazon were due to take strike action over three days in mid-February with over 1,000 expected to take part.

This is the second wave of industrial action faced by the online retailer after workers voted overwhelmingly to back an extension of strikes earlier this year. The action will bring total strike days taken by its warehouse workers to over 30 as they fight for £15 an hour wages and union recognition.
