Acas annual report published

The Acas annual report for 2023-24 has been published on the Acas website. It highlights that cuts in real pay and inflationary pressures have triggered disputes in the public and private sectors.

Almost 105,000 Early Conciliation notifications were received, with wages being the most common complaint (27%), followed by unfair dismissal (26%) and disability discrimination (15%).

The helpline answered 578,463 calls.
