Updated guidance on Covid-19

The Acas industrial relations advisory service has updated its guidance on Covid-19. It covers a range of areas, with advice mainly for employers but also of use for workers.

It includes advice on what to do if someone has Covid, self-isolation, and keeping everyone at work safe given there is no longer a requirement to self-isolate.

Other areas address employee rights if they’re sick with long Covid, and what the employer should do, such as providing additional support.
