Union wants investigation

The PCS public and commercial services union will call for a thorough investigation into sexual harassment in the civil service following a motion passed at its annual conference. One delegate said the civil service as a whole has no figures on sexual harassment, demonstrating a lack of concern on the part of the employer. She said civil servants do not feel comfortable coming forward to report the problem and called for a culture change and zero tolerance of sexual harassment.
