Recent settlements from LRD’s Payline database
A buoyant trend in settlements has been recorded by LRD Payline (see page 2).
Recent deals include CF Fertilisers sites at Ince, Cheshire and Billingham Teesside, where a 3.6% increase was agreed, up from 2.9% last year.
Thorn Lighting and Tridonic (Spennymoor, County Durham) are part of the same Austrian group, Zumbotel, and both settled on 3% compared with last year’s 2%.
Non-manual staff at weapons manufacturer MBDA sites in Bolton, Stevenage and Bristol were eligible for a guaranteed 3.2% for a “good” performance rating (most staff), with the potential for a further discretionary 0.25% (the average increase last year was 2.7%).
Performance played a reduced role at Cambridge University Press as most staff netted a 3% rise (a quarter, rated “excellent”, got 0.8% more).
