UNISON takes to TV

UNISON public services union is running a TV advertising campaign as part of its latest recruitment drive. The advert stresses the “peace of mind” and “security” which union membership brings in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, leading with the message that “no worker should feel alone in these uncertain times”.

The 60-second animated advert is being screened on TV channels and YouTube and is the centrepiece of a campaign that aims to capitalise on the surge UNISON has seen in membership levels since the start of the pandemic.
