Drugs and drug testing — new guidance


Drug testing is not a substitute for a good drugs and alcohol policy, the TUC makes clear in new guidance for workplace reps. 


Two new guides are intended to help workplace representatives respond to any proposals to introduce drug testing and to help develop policies to deal with alcohol and drug problems in the workplace.
