Dyslexia in workplace

The TUC has launched a new edition of its guide to dyslexia in the workplace. It sets out a framework to help union representatives develop policies to promote dyslexia-friendly workplaces. The guide provides an overview of the major issues affecting workers with dyslexia, and sets out recommendations for negotiating reasonable adjustments with the employer to address these issues.
