Gender Recognition Act consultation


The government has announced its intention to carry out a consultation on the Gender Recognition Act, to be published during autumn (see also page 25). 


The consultation will take place in conjunction with a national survey launched during the summer, asking LGBT people in the UK for their views on public services.
