Correction
 to Workplace action on mental health booklet

The recently-published LRD booklet Workplace action on mental health described a programme of mental health first aid training and also a system of “workplace listeners” as part of a strategy to support employees with mental health problems (on page 36). 


The reference wrongly credited these actions to Leyland Trucks, whereas they were in fact in place at Westinghouse Springfield Fuels Preston. It was also at this employer where a joint employer/union stress/wellbeing group has been established and is chaired by the Unite union convenor (page 31). LRD apologises for this error.
